I have borrowed a 3D-Printer from Gaz (M7GAX) and been printing out lots of easy prints, that don’t take any extras to work, like wire winders. I had been looking at what 3D-Prints I could find for Anderson Powerpoles. These are the standard I use to power all my radio kit, either at home or in the field.
I found this a Fused Anderson Powerpole Box at makerworld.com made by SerialHobbiest and thought it looked quite good and I should make it.
I only have one filament colour at the moment; it would have been nice to make it two tone but oh well.
The print took a few hours to finish and came out ok.
Next day I got all the other bits I need to finish it and started putting it together. Was a bit of a fiddle trying to get to wires into one socket but I manged it.
Tested with the multimeter, no shorts and the correct continuity so all good.
